Our Process

Globe Inoac Packaging Group works closely with clients from the initial design and manufacturing stages through to the delivery of products. By utilizing the latest technology and strategic locations Inoac is able to serve clients anywhere in the world.

During each stage of production, items are inspected to make certain they meet our rigorous criteria for consistent thickness, dimensions, accurate print registration, quality, clarity and more.

Inoac tests its products for stability and product compatibility before samples are ever sent to customers, thus ensuring that only the highest premium product is delivered to our customers.
Integrating emerging technology with years of hands-on experience in the blow molding industry continues to play an integral role in the success of Inoac Packaging Group’s comprehensive one-stop-shop manufacturing capabilities. Our in-house team of engineers are involved not only with the product design, sampling, modeling, and development of the product but also in designing and building new manufacturing equipment, robotics, control systems, and product output tracking software. In addition, our engineers are prepared to service and maintain all of the equipment 24 hours a day to make sure your product is delivered on time.

Utilizing the latest in CAD software our engineers create initial digital schematic renderings to insure that all aspects of your package design are met prior to printing a 3-D prototype mold that matches your containers exact specifications. In addition our designers produce the artwork for the product’s decoration.
Molding

Samples/Molding


Prior to building the mold a series of samples of the final product are created and shared with the customer for review and approval. Once we receive final approval the mold is made and integrated into our automated machines for the stretch blow mold process.
Color

Color


Our advanced manufacturing facilities offer a wide range of options in the areas of color and frost and since PET containers rivals glass we can meet any transparency requirements you desire. Inoac Packaging Group manufacturing facilities have the ability to match and apply any color required for the bottle or jar in production. Our applicators can produce colors in translucent, opaque or pearlized material. And our innovative frosting techniques can offer an attractive acid etched look to your packaging that will truly set your package apart from the competition.

Inoac Packaging Group can further enhance your package by adding customized decorations and graphics. Our facilities are fully equipped to handle a variety of decorating and graphic design techniques including hot stamp foil in gold, silver or any metallic hue, pad printing, silk screening or spray frosting with a patented formula that offers durability as well as elegant appearance.

Inoac Packaging Group’s Quality Assurance (QA) process includes both a manual and automated inspection during the entire production process. This two-fold QA inspection process ensures that every package manufactured in our plant is produced according to our clients’ exact specifications.

Shipping


Once the order is completed to your specifications the final priority is to provide timely delivery to your local filling plant. Before the final product is shipped, the boxes are tested for stability. We understand the critical importance of the timely delivery of damage-free products. That’s why we take extra quality-control steps to ensure that your products are packed and shipped as carefully as possible.
